i think most of the flack colleen hoover gets is due to the romanticizing of abuse and all her very bizarre writing choices, like literally writing “we both laughed at our sons big balls” which was about a literal baby. Bestie the reason people give Colleen Hoover so much hate at this point is because aside from the kind of cringe writing she’s known to be kind of an awful person too. Her son was accused of SA and Colleen blocked the girl in question (Allegedly, don’t sue me CoHo)
@bruhhhh772 Жыл бұрын
bro feck, thats a rumour , colleen hoover said abt the whole case in public, what actually happened was that her son asked some girl in snap to send him a pic ( you know what ), they never actually met and no SA happened, CoHo actually went to the girl and apologised for his message in person and she said she regrets abt his son's behaviur ... Just dont believe what rumours say...

I'm so so glad you put Lie With Me in the top category, I just ordered a copy for myself and one for my friend's birthday, and I was hoping it was a good decision :)

Talia Hibbert wrote a trilogy about these sisters, the Brown Sisters, and all three of them slap. I just finished “act your age, eve brown” which is so freaking good. I’m so excited for what she writes next.

They way you described I Kissed Shara Wheeler reminds me a lot of the plot of Paper Towns - with the search to find her, (though for me at least I really liked the ending of Paper Towns), which makes me wonder if you've read any John Green books/have thoughts on them.
