Everyone forgot about the samadhi and Mahatma Phule along with his associates found out the samadhi, cleaned it and started to worship the great Maharaj there. He started to celebrate Shiv Jayanti on a large scale. At that time Tilak's age was 15. When tilak grew up he organised a committee and found funds to renovate that place. This is the real history. Also when Tilak went to Mumbai jail for the first time in his life, it was Phule who gave money for bail of Tilak worth rs 1100 crore and had a grand procession MIRAVNUK of Tilak and Agarkar upon their bail accompanied by Narayan Meghaji Lokhande. Who was defending Ancient India before term mughals and the marathas didn,t even existed?? Period 700 to 1200 is reffered to as THE RAJPUT ERA by Indian Historians. Kandahar in Afghanistan was called Land of Rajputs such was the extent of ancient Hindus. Rajput is not a caste, you read to much school history. They performed the role of Indian Army back then. History can,t be claimed just like that, sacrifice must be made. Bhosale Marathas claim themselves to be of Rajput origins to get the title The ancestors of Sooryavanshi Shree Ram. Shivaji would have been excecuted by Aurangzeb but he was pressurized by Rajputs to not do so. We don,t claim history and cry like you on social media platforms, We know whats ours and we are happy with it. Rajputs defended India for 1700 years and here deluded people like you brainwashed by colonial historians and laws think that they they know better. You cannot take example of a few kings and claim Indian History. And there were freedom fighters better than Veer Savarkar and Godse do some research.

Just small correction: Ganapati was not kuldevata of chatrapati shivaji maharaj, Chatrapati shivaji Maharaj was kshtriya suryavanshi maratha king , kuldevi of marathas is Tulaja bhawani.
