Aloha, Tyler, crowded is dong-qua... Tyler, please dont say "xin chao" its improper Vietnamese language. Just say Chao like Ciao and Chao is Hello just one word. It likes Ciao in Italian. It pronounce exactly the same in pronunciation. Only a bit different in spelling though. The word (xin) mean beg or asking, therefore if you're saying sorry to someone then you say Xin Loi... I'm sorry or I'm so sorry or like in English we say I beg your pardon etc, etc,.. For instant chao Ong, chao Ba, chao co, chao chu, chao cau, chao em (and chao em you should say to Trang everday), chao anh, chao chi, chao em, chao con, chao chau and chao moi nguoi or tong chao etc, etc,... By the way, how are you two gorgeous people doing... Anyway, Trang speaking Vietnamese pretty well. I love and like Trang tone of voicee. Her tone and accent sound pretty sexy, very attractive and very soothing due to her regional Phan-Rang or Ninh-Thuan or Binh-Thuan or Hue dialect, accent and pronunciation i.e.. It called Central Region South Vietnam or just simply Mien-Trung... an ancient Capital City of Vietnam from Central Highland South Vietnam; and it called Cao-Nguyen Trung-Phan - Nam Vietnam that is. I really like and love her Hue accent though. No worries Trang your Vietnamese language is very good even though it isn't your fall to be honest and her English is beyond my imagination. I was in Saigon in September and found that I got sick almost immediately. The smog is horrible. I also found the bike transport too small; I'm over 6' tall and need more weight lifting to get my tone back. But the "motorcycles" are not big enough for my legs and weight, which will still overload the suspension on one of these little bikes once it's where I want. From your video, I have been in that area, and you had a tame day with little traffic. My brother-in-law says the three-wheeled bikes are illegal. I would bring my motorcycle whenever I retire to Vietnam; it has the least legroom and can go to highways at speeds that scooters can not. You should be able to record when the scooter drivers drive through the red lights. I found many of the intersections in Saigon have cameras because impatient riders will ride into the intersection and filter between the traffic to continue on. Also, based on Vietnamese law, you cannot marry your GF as you were not born Vietnamese. I hope that, as Vietnam integrates more rapid transit, they can move away from scooters; this is the thinking in Hanoi. However, with the convenience of navigating the smaller streets in many major cities, I do not think the scooters will disappear. Even should the government impose restrictions, such as limiting them from intersections. I say this because while I was in Vietnam, I asked about the helmet law and was told by many night bus drivers that the government tried to enforce the helmet law, but there were so many violators they gave up. So eventually, the number of people will outweigh the governmental controls, and Vietnam will probably migrate to being a Democratic Country.
