Really enjoyed the video. Just got a marvel united, enter the spiderverse, and xmen core box all on sale. Looking forward to trying this one out and keeping an eye out for more sales in the future. What would you say your favorite modes are that are introduced through non kickstarter expansions? Dont plan on spending a ton of money on kickstarter stuff but would love to toss in some more complexity or different modes to have even more uniqueness down the road.

How about the extra KS exclusive boxes? They can now be ordered separately. Would you recommend them? It is true that the villains make the game, so are the villains in the boxes worth the high price?

I think the have the most value per dollar if you can get them normal price. The characters are less popular and recognizable but you get so many. Villains offer a different game feeling more than heroes but heroes still offer variety and you play 3-4x times more heroes over your games than villains.

The new character in the Phoenix Five is Hope Summers, not Rachel Summers. Hope Summers is the adopted daughter of Cable. (Cable is Scott Summer's son from his first marriage to Madelyne Pryor. Jean Grey is Scott's second wife.) Rachel Summers is Scott and Jean's daughter from an alternative future timeline.

Can you mix the X-men core box and the first core box?

Yes... you can mix ALL expansions and ALL core boxes.... that's the strength of the UNITED system... in theory you can also mix the upcoming DC HEROES core boxes and expansions with MARVEL UNITED... so you could have Iron Man fight The Joker
