No. His completion percentage was average (56%), he never threw for more than 30 touchdowns in a season, he never passed for more than 4,000 yards in a season, his touchdown to interception ratio wasn't better than 2:1, he didn't pass for more than 150 touchdowns in the 16 seasons in which he was a pro and, most importantly, he didn't win anything. By comparison, Russell Wilson, who is only in his sixth season, has passed for just six fewer touchdowns, less than 4,000 fewer yards, has a superior completion percentage, and has been to two Super Bowls (one of which he won). So, no, Michael Vick's NEVER getting into the Hall of Fame. He was a generational talent but, being objective, his career has to be seen as a failure. Had he not gone to jail and spent more time developing his superior arm talent to become a more accurate and consistent passer, he would be a top 20 all-time quarterback.
