I'm so excited to go blu-ray hunting today because there's so many brand new releases coming out!!! Will Best Buy be the only store I visit?
As a massive movie fan, I love physical media and believe in keeping it alive! Every Tuesday I go blu-ray/steelbook hunting at Best Buy, Target, Walmart or Barnes & Noble to see what new release blu-rays or classic films I can find!

It's interesting that your Best Buy had the Carrie steelbook for $32.99. I ordered mine this morning for curbside pickup and the price online was $29.99.

Sue, your local Best Buy looks to be fairly well stocked in movies. I'm in Michigan, and my local BB for the last year has left alot to be desired with movies in stock. Lately, it's been a little better. I was able to get Highlander 4K steelbook, but I had to ask for it. It was not on the shelf. I also went to my next closest BB, about 8 miles from my local one. They just finished remodeling their store and not a movie in sight. It appears they've done away with carrying physical movies. Very disappointed. They used to have a great movie section.

Man I keep totally forgetting that Wargames is coming out on 4K and I just bought my last Christmas present that I was allowed to buy for myself but it’s one of my all-time favorite movies and it’s not an import that’s for a resolution like before so I’m definitely not complaining about A Walk To Remember. I just about 💩my pants when I walked in Walmart & saw the Coraline 4K steelbook! I couldn't buy it, but still. They've been surprising me lately with having boutique label releases. I don't have a Best Buy near me, so anything that may be in stores have to be in Walmart for me to see them. I feel you on Highlander. I've never even seen the movie, but the slip & the steelbook both look sweet. I will probably miss the sale though. I just recently saw Paranorman for the first time & loved it. Both that & Coraline steelbooks look so awesome! Now we need a 4K of Corpse Bride. 😎 I want the SNDN collection at that price, but I don't own the 1st 2, so idk.

I got the Coraline and Paranorman 4k Steelbooks early. Also, I rented Woman King yesterday and ended up liking it so much that I bought the 4k later that day (I had to go to target anyways).

That's awesome they had everything you wanted. Got Woman King 4k and Ticket To Paradise. My Best Friends Wedding 4K should arrive soon. I said I wasn't going to upgrade Coraline and ParaNorman but can't resist those steelbooks so just ordered. I love all the Laika animated movies so it'll be worth it.

The Silent Night, Deadly Night collection looks soooo tempting. I heard the sequels are pretty bad and it's one of the reasons I'm not sure about picking it up. You can't beat that price though! Going to have to think about it. Great haul Sue!

The Bishop's Wife is a really great movie. I found the DVD at a thrift store a few years ago and was hoping to get the bluray, but I think it's out of print (unfortunately). The movie from start to finish is just a wholesome film that puts you in a better mood during and after watching it. Hope you enjoy it as well when you have an opportunity to watch it.

I actually found the Silent Night Collection at Wal-Mart for $17.96 and bought it bc the Best Buy in my area is terrible and has no movie racks except for 1 New Release section in the front. There is no other BB even close to where my nearest is here in far Upstate NY. When I go back to visit my fam on Long Island am def checking out the BB there bc they still have movie racks, and return the Wal-Mart one.,
