Meanwhile the Cowboys were bad and really only had Herschel Walker who the Vikings wanted since they thought it was the last piece they were missing. They traded 18 players/draft picks which became studs like Emmet Smith and Troy Aikman and became a dynasty winning 3 superbowls in 4 years while the Vikings depleted of picks fell into the dark ages. In simple terms the Vikings received a decent runningback while the Cowboys received a dynasty.

I was in Detroit a few weeks ago and saw billboards and signs for the draft everywhere. It is a different sight to see as prior to the last 2 years, Michigan has been pretty light on Lions ads and propaganda (as compared to other locations with their teams). Suddenly last year, the entire region was all in on the Lions and mass celebration and support. People were just waiting for some form of hope to arrive.

As a Seahawk fan I am pretty comfortable going into this year's draft. We have a bunch of young talented players from the last two drafts and I am okay with going with the tried and true draft strategy of discovering who Tom wants Greenbay to draft, then drafting that player.

First, the incredible rookie season of CJ Stroud and Will Anderson, plus DeMeco Ryans first year as a head coach he leads the team to the playoffs in a successful first year. Second, The absolutely stunning and dominate free agency signings that occurred during the offseason that Nick Caserio cooked up to make the team even better than before even before the draft. Third, Famous content creator Sketch was hanging out with Stroud, Tank, Diggs, and Metchie in California during their practices a couple weeks ago, which causes the Texans to get more hype and excitement for the upcoming season with a new big time hometown fan who basically became part of the team 🤣. Fourth, They release the new uniforms which are absolutely incredible which were basically made by the city of Houston through input and feedback, so they are HTOWN made. Yeah its an amazing time to be a Texans fan right now 🤘🤘🤘
