The fact that Goff had another perfect passer rating of 158.3 right after the 5 int’s shows he can bounce back and learn from mistakes. All analysts agree that 2 of the int’s shouldn’t count as in a hailmary in the final second before the half..think on that, should that count when it can’t hurt your team only help it? The other could have been called a sack. Not sure how much his arm gave forward progress on that one. But yeah the other 3 were on him and in my opinion the Lions win “DIFFERENTLY” each week. For those saying that Chris Jones should be MVP over Mahomes and that he's being glazed, I'm going to provide context for you guys. Patrick by far is having another down season statistically by his standards, he's been nothing short of exceptional in seasons prior. He's tied for the league lead in interceptions and he's missed some throws that he normally makes, and I am one of his biggest supporters. The reason I support him is because of the level of personal responsibility he takes for his own flaws and the struggles of this offense. However, even through his struggles, he still fights through and puts it all on the line like the greats normally do. This offense's struggles are not solely because of him, his offensive line has allowed way more sacks than usual, he's had a revolving door of receivers ever since the departure of Tyreek Hill, and Matt Nagy's play calling is far too restrictive and conservative. Yet through it all, he's won and MVP award and led this organization to back to back Super Bowl titles. All great quarterbacks go through a period or two of poor play, but it is only temporary. Josh Allen, Joe Burrow, and Lamar Jackson might be more polished, might have better mechanics, and may have better statistics than Patrick but when the game is on the line and when the rubber meets the road, Patrick has more often than not led his team to victories in those big moments. Now we see people saying that Patrick is down bad and is no longer the dominant force he once was, and that Josh Allen is the new face of the NFL. To those people I'll just say until Josh Allen somehow accomplishes or surpasses Mahomes in the categories of playoff success and overall accolades, then you can make that claim but until then, for as great as Josh is, he still has A LOT of work to do m

This video feels like it was scripted before the halfway point of the season and just recently released. There’s no way Chris Jones, Saquon, Jeffrey Simmons, and Mixon aren’t their teams mvps if you’ve been watching the past month. I’d also argue Cousins has been more valuable to the Falcons success but it’s closer. And I’d say that during this season specifically Purdy has done more for the team than Warner. Neither have played as good as last season, but Warner has let up way more tackles than usual and the defense as a whole has been pretty rough. While Purdy’s struggles have often been due to injuries and dropped passes, not really his mistakes. Might also have to argue Tua for Miami, they are just a totally different team without him. While Tyreek and Waddle are elite one of them going down doesn’t automatically make the offense a bottom 3 offense like it is without Tua.
