@RustyBrakes4 жыл бұрын
I would love this as part of the guide: 1. Step one - go to a window or your door way. 2. Tilt your head backwards to about 45 degrees which should give you a great line of sight to the sky. 3. Observe for any signs of sky sparks 4. If you do not observe any for a 5 minute period, you may return to your PC and continue the BIOS update

About the unplugged power cable.... When I work on a PC I always leave the power cable connected and switched off at the wall and PSU (if its available) this ensures the whole case/system is grounded throughout the entire operation. This has a lot more useful applications than grounding bracelets or anti static work surfaces and can be a lot less annoying to work with.

Hey dude ! I heard its harmful to keep the radiator in front. Also if you’re putting it in front , you need to put the pipe downwards rather than on the top.

Fun fact - Gigabyte was the first company to have a software, that updates BIOS while in Windows. It dates back to their DDR2 era boards. I used it back in the day on an AM2 board with dual core AMD CPU and Windows XP. If you boot into windows you don't need to do that flash drive hornswogle...
