I admit to not knowing who he was before Strictly and really warmed to him. I also appreciate all the work he does for animal welfare organisations. I think he brought something different and quite important to this year's line up, along with others too - the idea that it's okay for men to feel vulnerable at times.

My favourite performance from Pete and Jowita was their Couple's Choice to a cover of 'The Best' by the Nicotine Dolls(Originally by Tina Turner) for a few reasons. 1 reason is because it was so emotional and Pete did that for his nan and he cares so much about her. But i also loved it because I'm a huge fan of Gladiators and this was the entrance theme of Legend(One of my favourite male Gladiators) and if anyone caught Legend in the crowd on Strictly Come Dancing that episode, then that was even more perfect
