Yup, 3 Rangers! 😁 Glad to see them getting the recognition, but it's because they won the WS last yr, and MLB seems to show more clips of the current (the previous yr) champs, maybe a clause in its network contract, to promote or show more of that team, in the next season, Idk. 🤷

How many of these would have been called errors had they not been potential first inside the parkers for these players
@ryanaltfillisch7155
@ryanaltfillisch7155 20 күн бұрын
The only one you could make a legitimate case that should have had an error was Connor Gillaspie with the Giants. Otherwise, all of the others involve big/weird bounces off the wall or players diving and missing, which don't count as errors.
@TinKnight
@TinKnight 19 күн бұрын
All inside-the-park HR's, & nearly all triples, require poor defensive play. Neither stat would really exist if they blamed poor effort instead of the very strict requirement of handling the ball poorly.
@Josh-ut4wv
@Josh-ut4wv 18 күн бұрын
@@TinKnight With Triples to not be that you have to either A have an odd bounce off of a wall or b have a stadium that has some part that makes the feat a bit easier (which there is like only one of those since Tal's Hill was removed at Minute Maid.)
@TinKnight
@TinKnight 18 күн бұрын
@@Josh-ut4wv Exactly. There are a few parks where the right launch angle, EV, baserunner speed, & outfielder positioning can make a "natural" triple possible, but overwhelmingly, you can't have triples nor inside-the-parkers without defensive screw-ups.
@Josh-ut4wv
@Josh-ut4wv 18 күн бұрын
@@TinKnight yeah like the Giants have Triples alley which is your best chance sure if coors was bigger that would actually be the best chance but the issue is they want HRs there.
