I love Barristan the Bold and will be abjectly depressed if he dies in Essos. But like you guys, and for the reasons you gave, I don't think he will. Thinking with my heart here, but if Septa Lemore is actually a disguised Ashara Dayne, I think it would be cool for George to reveal that in Barristan's POV. I want Barristan to finally get the chance to tell Ashara how he feels. So bad lol. Also, this being true puts Barristan in quite the pickle because Ashara would be supporting Dany's rival, so he'd be caught between the woman he loves and the woman he serves. What will he do? Could he be the betrayal for love? Speaking of that rival...if fAegon is a Blackfyre, I think Barristan needs to live through that reveal as he's believed to have killed the last Blackfyre pretender. Maybe he slays fAegon as well? I'm so anxious for Barristan's POVs I can't stand it😆⚔.

Word will reach Castle Black that Stannis is dead. Mel freaks out, somehow burns/sacrifices Shireen and prays to R'hollor to resurrect Azor Ahai. Instead of Stannis rising from death Jon will.

i definitely understand why the show just went with Game of Thrones as the title for the whole story. it gets name dropped way more than A Song of Ice and Fire and even after the first book.

About john snow....i dont think he is comin back to hes original body anymore as wargs cannot come back to a body that is dead...and melisandre cannot bring john as a fire wight cause he is still inside gost....john might come back in completely digfferent body in my opinion.

And for bran . I think it is going to take a really dark turn for hes story for messing up in panic and he will get stuck on hodor mind in the past.for an unlimited loop until he will fade away completely. And when brans body is an empty vessel,blood raven vill take hes body...that would be really sad knowing that the whole story hodor has been part bran all along.

Re Cersei- a crackpot theory that's crossed my mind is that she'll flee King's Landing and we could see her take a similar path to Rhaenyra after the Dance; meaning she'll seek asylum at Rosby, Stokeworth, and Duskendale. Where she'll differ from Rhaenyra, though, is that she may not make it as far as Duskendale. Rosby is under the control of the Rosby ward and that person already denied entry to a Lannister ally, so whoever that is could be a Lannister enemy. Stokeworth is unofficially officially under Bronn's control as he's married to Lollys, and Cersei tried to have him killed already- which Bronn knows about. It's also likely that Bronn is working for Littlefinger or Varys. In either scenario, if Cersei went to one of those castles they could open the gates, permit her entry, then seize and turn her over to whomever they work for- a likely enemy. From there who knows what could happen. Just a hairbrained idea🤷‍♀️.

In the show the reason why they have Arya kill littlefinger and Sansa pass the sentence is because littlefinger got Ned killed if littlefinger didn't betray Ned with the city watch Ned would have lived

@@finnbailey8498 is it? according to even the slightest bit of reasoning, jon snow wasn't born in the north, and according to neds story his mother wasn't either (she probably was but that's beside the point). i think that it is just either were you grew up or were you were born, and joffrey hasn't spent a lot of time outside the crownlands and he was also born there

I think th Mad Mouse will kidnap Sansa and the Hound and Jamie will save her. Stannis will take on the role of the Nights King after his daughter is murdered and he returns to the wall and his castle at the Nights Fort. Jon's body may get stolen by the Others on all the Chaos at the wall.
