Every Presidents Favorite Food During Their Presidency

For my answer as to what I'd ask for if I were president.. for a fancy dinner, something like lobster thermidor, or beef wellington. For my own comfort? Split pea soup with ham, or a salisbury steak. As to the historic dishes, I only really found cottage cheese and ketchup to be odd.. but, to each their own.

I knew someone who cooked in the West Wing Mess. GWBush would eat Peanut Butter and Jelly sandwich at his desk for lunch. Also, The first family has to pay for all their own food and such that they use. And there aren't any coupons clipped or sales shopped. I hear Nancy Reagan was shocked when she got the first month bill. She thought it would be included with the free house.
