When it was my eight grade graduation field trip to Knott's Berry Farm, Ghost Rider was my first pick and I was sat alone with any of my group. And when I was on the first drop, it brought chills down my spin and when it was near the tail end of the ride, I had a blast on it.

As a former employee and long time customer, the regret you get while going up at Supreme Scream is enough to bump Hangtime out of top 3. It's all great but Supreme scream is just crazy. Ghostrider still is first. Probably time for a change though Cedar point?

Yeaaaa accelerator is pretty overrated in my opinion it only is 22 seconds and it's not even that scary while the hang time actually hangs you over the track it can be a little bit nerve-racking@@doodlesnoodles12

Sierra Sidewinder is such an underrated roller coaster. I use to skip that coaster all the time because I didn’t think there was much to it. It’s a must for me every time I visit the park now. Coast rider would be a good fun coaster if it wasn’t for those uncomfortable shin guards.

Why does Silver Bullet always get ranked lower? For me its Ghost Rider, Silver Bullet as 1 and 2. The first drop all all B and M loopers are weak compared to the drop on something like Twisted Colossus. They're just vehicles to build up speed to get you to the first loop. This coaster packs some amazing forces. Especially the zero-G roll. Probably good that its not as fast as Batman, it allows you to appreciate the elements more.

Coast rider would be so much better if they just reverted it back to how it was before with no leg restraints, but in 5 years or so I could see them getting rid of the ride and maybe if they expand the park past the road behind the boardwalk where the western entrance is we could see a large land expansion with a new coaster and themed land and other types of rides

It was my 3rd favorite after my visit last December, but I struggle to find anyone who doesn't have it as their favorite in the park. I know I must have missed something there with GhostRider, or I just love launch coasters & Gerstlauers more than most people. I had GhostRider & Xcel running neck-and-neck, but HangTime is by far my favorite.

Hurray for Timber Mountain Log Ride!!! Its the only log flume that comes even somewhat close to Splash Mountain (and oddly enough it's also the log flume that is physically closest to Splash Mountain geographically.) Knotts is my pick for second best Cedar Fair park (after the obvious first choice) because it is so well rounded and so well themed. Sure, Kings Island, Kings Dominion and arguably Carowinds have better coaster lineups. But when taken as a whole Knotts is so much fun and has something for everyone. It's like if Dollywood managed a Cedar Fair park.

It all has to do with theming. The concept is so simple, yet it's brilliant and makes you wonder why no other log flumes used it as it's based on how loggers used to send wood downriver as transport.

I guessed the top 3 correctly, but my top 3 would be GhostRider, HangTime, and then Xcelerator. I think I like Xcelerator just a smidge more than HangTime in itself, but the line for Xcelerator moves so damn slow and takes forever, even when the line is short, and the ride only lasts like 25 seconds. HangTime's line goes so much faster, so I factored that in.

My favorite ride was the Timber Mountain Log Ride. I went there in 2014. So I hadn't ridden the refurbished Ghost Rider, Calico River Rapids, Voyage to the Iron Reef, or Hangtime yet. But if I had to rank the coasters, the Boomerang would be last place (because I almost threw up on that), followed by the Silver Bullet (my feet were very numb when I got off (probably because of the forces (hopefully it will feel better next time))), Ghost Rider (that was before the GCI refurbishment), Coast Rider, Jaguar, Pony Express, Xcelerator, and Montezooma's Revenge. It was a tough call, but I liked how Montezooma's Revenge wasn't as intense and also went backwards. Also, I blacked out for a second at the bottom of the big drop on Xcelerator. I didn't ride Sierra Sidewinder when I was there, so who knows. Maybe my thoughts for what ride is best could change with future visits to the park.

I can't believe that Sol Spin was beat out by both La Revolucion and Supreme Scream. Sol Spin is the best flat ride at Knotts. La Revolucion is just a totally inferior version of Crazanity at Magic Mountain in every way. My top 3 rides from 1st to 3rd are Sierra Sidewinder, Hangtime and Silver Bullet. Sierra Sidewinder is just so underrated.

I think the list was spot on! It shows that Knotts has a mix of historic rides but can keep true to its roots with the new (minus coast rider, epic fail). I dont see how Sierra sindwinder and pony express ranked that high because Sierea hardly spins and pony express has the thrill of coast rider....none. But at least for the most part people agree as a coaster coast rider is a fail as a wild mouse.
