@@JulianSteinbach Other from Bret, who they clearly knew could have won had he not been injured in his season, s18 stuck to anyone who made it to black jackets, but even then I feel Vinnie should have at least been considered. They did reach out to another person who had to leave due to an injury early on in their contest (possibly Ji I think who declined for some reason) but I feel like they should definitely have considered some of the people who nearly gained a black jacket but didn't. Whilst liking Clemenza, it's definitely baffling how he got a black jacket after the exchange: Gordan: Clemenza how many times have you been up? Clemenza: Too many Gordan: 8 Brian deserved another chance. Zach and Anthony also deserve another shot as it's unfair Susan got to the black jackets when she should have been an early boot. Jillian it's unclear what she did after the show but it's possible they were unable to reach out to her as she's no longer in the industry apparently or something like that, but maybe she was at one point considered.

Season 17 was a great season. And I'm so glad Jennifer beat Elise. Looking back in Season 9 what Elise did to Jennifer I was mad. But I'm glad Jennifer got her redemption in Season 17. Jennifer is a good cook. And I hope one day I would get the chance to meet her.

All the elimination comment in my opinion: Ben: Enter the All Stars competition, you need to had the health to go all the way to the end. Sadly I had to eliminate Ben for that reason. Ashley: Ashley spent more time staring at her watch than paying attention to her station. You cannot being a good head chef if you not staying focus 100%. Josh: The only reason why I eliminated him is he was not able to use the second chance I gave to him. If you can't capture all opportunities, you will never be success in this kitchen world. Jared: A great head chef need to know how to bounce back and take responbility for your mistake. Jared lack these two, so I sent him back to his hometown. Giovani: Giovanni may have age and experience, but his attention to detail in this critical challenge was a big disappointment. That why I sent him home. Manda: I had gave her multiple second chances to shine, but every time I gave it to her, she wasted it all. I don't feel I had any reason to keep her here. Van: Van's always had one of the loudest voices here. Tonight, not only did he lose his voice but also his dream of becoming my next head chef, because a great head chef need to had a strong voice in the kitchen. Barbie: Leadership is the most important element to make a great head chef. Unfortunately, Barbie fail to shown her leadership and she paid the price. Dana: In two seasons, this was Dana's first time ever being nominated. Unfortunately for her, it was also her last. Elise and Jennifer: 3 chances is what you get in Black Jacket Challenge. If you fail to utilize it, you are not ready to being my next head chef and sadly these two fail. Robyn: I've always admired Robyn's no-nonsense attitude, but tonight she had the wrong attitude and served up a lot of nonsense. Being my next head chef need a serious attitude. Milly: Milly has had two fantastic runs in Hell's Kitchen. I'm personally going to make sure that big, kindhearted man with so much culinary passion gets the right training he deserves. But until he get it, he will not being my head chef in Las Vegas as he still had lot to learn.

Such a disappointing Season They purposely brought back Barbie, Dana, Robyn, Elise and Jennifer for the sake of drama Van was eliminated for literally no reason Three Cook For Your Life challenges is too much, especially when one of those challenges is at the final three Nick got done so dirty just for the sake of shock value. Not hating on the video, just the season

@@bobbynewman9321 Yeah I agree. Jennifer should've had the jacket. But when you look at Robyn's performance in the season you can see how much she bounced back. I mean look at Season 4's Christina Machamer (Nominated 5 times) and Season 12's Scott Commings (Nominated 7 times) they bounce back and ended up winning. Even Robyn didn't win but she did bounce back.
