There are some light gun games on here that I never knew existed. I have my Saturn still, in working order, and its modded with an SD card slot, so gonna have to download the ones I havent played and try them out. Just no light gun is the only problem. But some of these games do play well enough on controller, like Virtua Cop, even if not ideal.

HAHAHAH YOU GOT GAME OVER ON CHAPTER 1 OF HOTD! Real talk though Saturn version is so much harder than the arcade due to the stuttery framerate. Also you guys only played with 4 credits when you could have increased it to 9 in the options but hey this made for a much funnier experience!

So did you split the signal before the retrotink? Curious if light guns work with the retrotink in line double mode

We used one of those svideo cables with the additional yellow composite, running that into the crt and the svideo into the tink for capturing. Didn't think it would work, but it did! The capture isn't perfect, probably from using both video singles at the same time. Good enough for us tho.

were there only cd games for the genesis light gun? or were there cartridge games that supported the light gun as well?

These are all the Saturn games, but one of the guns is Konami's "The Pursuer" which is slightly smaller than the Genesis "The Justifier". All the Justifier games are on SEGA CD, but Lethal Enforcers 1 and 2 got Genesis releases as well as SEGA CD.

Thanks! Dropped em a few times now and they're still holding up thankfully. The American SEGA Stunner seems to be going for allot these days, but the Japanese Virtua Gun is still pretty affordable. Not sure about the Konami Pursuer, it basically came as a toss in with my used Saturn.

How accurate are those light guns you are using? I'm curious of the grey revolver, but can't find info on it. How well does it work?

Both my Saturn guns work great, but some games are picky. Thankfully most of the games have calibration options.

Yep, both guns just plug directly into the console.

No gun support for the Saturn version, but the mouse should work. Apparently House of the Dead supports the mouse too, but I couldn't get it to work. I got Katie in the intro for ya, couldn't find a clip of her looking up from that movie so I went with Dawson's Creek!

@@slowcoin2183 HAHAHA! I skipped right past that, I was so excited for this episode! What a fool I am. Thanks. I have Revolution X and didn't remember that the gun didn't work. I had a bad ass gun that was guncon compatible that worked on PS1 and Saturn. Best part was that it had a working action and the slide went back and forth with every shot!
