I recently hunted for a Shiny Eevee for my FireRed Dream Team Quest and I decided to make a separate video to showcase all of the Eeveelutions. I didn't want to bloat my intial Eevee video which you can watch here;

I had no idea time of day evolutions were possible in Gen 3! How did you do it?

@@jadeb.3332 The internal clock (the clock that u set at the front of the game) in r/s/e is the only way to get umbreon and espeon in gen 3 gba games. Ive never done it before, but depending on what the clock says is how you can determine it’s night or day. Hope this helps you understand a little better.

Idk why, but this seems to be a case with most pokemon in that duology since many of them are colored incorrectly

I'm glad you put this together, it's really cool to see all the evolutions! And I appreciate you going through the trouble of friendship evolutions FOUR TIMES also. I may hunt shinies myself, but I NEVER seem to have enough patience for friendship evolutions.

@@Sonikks Did you hunt all of the eevees separately? When I got my shiny Eevee in FireRed, I just traded it over to emerald and cloned em lol, and I ain't sorry! But mad respect if you hunted all of them individually!

@@corbinmoore96 Fair enough, I would've hunted them if it was easier to, but considering you only get one in Celadon, I absolutely wasn't going to start multiple new save files and play up till there each time just for that lol. That just felt like too much, and I'm also really attached to the current save file since I've done a lot of stuff on it. So I didn't really mind cloning them and giving myself some leeway just for this instance.

Umbreon and Vaporeon are definitely my favorites out of the third gen shinies. They both look amazing on Coliseum; I just wish that we could see Sylveon, Glaceon and Leafeon in those games as well.

Ive never liked shiny flareon as I found it underwhelming, but it looks super cute in this gen! Orange is my favourite colour and this is such a nice shade. Also I think it's goofy that it's pink in Colosseum, love it

Such a damn shame that Flareon's colosseum shiny isn't the actual shiny. This is why I love colosseum showcases, they fixed so many shinies in that game. Also love Vaporeon's shiny on there too, I know it looks good even in general but it's sorta boring since too many water types share that same color when they're shiny. That added green on the ears adds so much to it and make it stand out, looks so good. Regice is another really good shiny on colosseum with the turquoise-green + pink dots!

You should do trainer battles when you show of the back sprite. I would hate it if you found a shiny and had to save on a eeveelution you didn't want.

Me too! I hunted for a shiny Eevee in Platinum and evolved it into Vaporeon when I finally got it. I'll probably hunt for another one again, though I may evolve it into Glaceon this time around :)

It's 1/8192. No one can give you an answer. It's random at 1/8192 odds. Make it the background task, hunt as you watch TV or something. Don't focus on it.

Yes they are unfortunately locked. They're just the same Pokemon over and over.

A question! What time of day did you evolve into umbreon?

You must trade your Eevee to Emerald/Ruby/Sapphire. As long as Eevee has high happiness, it can evolve into Espeon between 12:00 PM and 11:59 PM, and Umbreon in between 12:00 AM and 11:59 AM. You can't transfer it back as an Umbreon or Espeon to FireRed/LeafGreen until you completed the main story.

I traded it over as an Eevee and evolved them then reset.

@@ymanuelehernadez8558 gen 3 games can be traded between back and forth, so he trades the Eevee to emerald, game saves. Evolves Eevee, shows it off then soft resets. So long as he doesn't save after its evolved, he'll have an Eevee, which he can trade back to frlg if he wants :)

Dang the transition to 3D models really screwed with all the eeveelutions that aren’t Umbreon with their bleaching like espeon looks like unhealthy pee, vaporeon is just way too light, and jolteon looks exactly like pee. Disappointing
