The shopper who cuts the line to ask you a QUICK.....question (it's never quick) 3. the customer who demands a sold out item be replaced with a different item not on sale. 4. the guest who refuses to accept you don't have an item because they Google it and Google is never wrong. 5. the guest who has no idea what the item is but wants it NOW. 6. the customer who wants a certain color of an item you are out of leaves in anger comes back to take one of any color and your now sold out. 7. the guest that can't make up there mind,changes there mind and ultimately returns the gift. 8. the guest that needs to tell you over and over how stupid it is that you don't have more of the gift they needed. 9. the guest that tells you you should know where something is even though it's been moved for blackkfriday...you have had 10 min to check a map your manager handed you before five hundred people showed up and there's no way in hell you can find the item.
