Keep in mind if he did any bowling 2 hands before jan 1 2003 His score was zero. ABC rule book states any non legal delivery the bowler receive zero for that frame. 2 hands clearly not legal before that date. 2 hands should not be legal now. USBC has no rules kick it if you wish. As long as they get your money each year.Cant just change the game of bowling to what ever you wish. Its like saying well pitcher can throw the ball with 2 hands then. That would be a major mess with all the deception and complaints.
