*Purple Bounce* is so underrated. People think it's so useless but you can juke opponents rushing towards you (10% of them are gonna leave)

Even if it isn't in the vid the gold bounce is prob. Better cuz you get more hight. You do it just like the porple bounce but Witz a gold shot and HOLD jump to get it. Otherwise it usually doesn't work

The only reason I don't have air roll disabled is because of the brodoff kickoff, the kickoff is worth the annoying accidental air rolls when trying to stall imo.

I think I’ve made a new mechanic: The ball is flying through the air and you are just behind the ball going in the same direction, use boost to speed up so your in front of the ball and position your car in the horse kick position. Then in mid air you do a gold shot and the ball is sent flying away. This move is kinda flashy but it can be useful for clearing the ball when it’s really near the goal

Great video. I got one exception and I've noticed this in another of your vids. Air roll can be very usful. It can give just a little more... oomph to hits on the ball. It's all in how you position your car as well and I think it let's you use less boost when carrying the ball. The negative thing is it can make car recovery slower than when it (Air roll) is off. . It's just situational.

There was one time were I manual flicked the car like a gold shot and it was faster than a stall into gold. Also I didnt know white shot was a mechanic, I just used to to gold shot after setting it up

Manual flip is the single most important mech in the game, without it I would have a hard time keeping the ball up to go for reset chains

this is very helpful but for more advanced players the best ways to get a boost reset is a) where u hold the ball between your car and the ceiling (which is in the video) or b) (which was not included) where u do a stall but instead of doing something like a flip just rest there on the ball and get all your boost back. this is by far the most consistent way to get your boost back!

If I have the double tap enabled for air roll, I have issues with my single tap to ball reset. So I choose ball reset and purple goals over looking cool and spinning around

Its not a half air roll, that button is a continous air rolll, you cant tap it once and it do an air roll you have to hold the button down and stop holding it when it gets to where you want it...not ideal. @@YourLocalgoof69420

mmm thats kinda bcs the wave dash isnt actually a thing in sideswipe.. in RL you get extra speed from wave dashing, but in sideswipe ur just flipping into the ground/wall/ceiling. sooo.. i dont really consider it a legit mechanic.

One you have missed is jumping upside down, this only works if you have won your game so you win and then you don't know what to do as your victory dance type thing so you jump once turn upside down single press turn or manually and then press jump and hold it once you are on the ground upside down you can leave it and spam press jump and my friend you are jumping upside down. Power Shot is item #25 in the current rocket pass (its a boost). Just equip that boost & then win 10 matches.

aww.. sorry to see you go bro. tbh, mechanics are really not very important until you get into the higher ranks. Mostly this game is all about positioning, knowing when to commit, when to defend, when to push high or low on the ball... having patience etc.. lots of mind games... mechanics are just a small part of it. I'd recommend using a controller if you're struggling on touch. Its much easier when starting out.

I think you missed one, it is a stall reset except instead of half air rolling you quickly flip your car upside down to get the reset.
