I sometimes get queued with players that are 1-3 ranks above me. For example Im Gold and sometimes get queued up against S5 Plats that are most likely Diamonds. Something like that. And those players beat me like 6-1 or more for them(with Diamonds). This is happening more in Casual , in Ranked i get queued up against players that are 1-2 ranks above me. Atleast im getting better faster bcs of this , and sometimes i beat players that are 1 rank above me but against 2-3 ranks above me i barely can get a goal.

i understand that most people that think they deserve a higher rank arent good enough for said rank, but the ranking system really isnt good at all. being teamed up with a season 8 gold that freezes where he stands when anyone does a single stall against a champ duo (i know it bc of matching banner and cars) or season 6 diamonds in a "plat" lobby isnt really logical and just proves that the matching system isnt decided by rank. it isnt always that extreme, since im also sometimes in the advantegous position, being queued to a season 1 peaks lobby with players that arent up to date with mechs and gameplay is good for me since i can easily mvp the match, but even that proves that the matching system isnt based off of skill either. so if it isnt rank, skill or similar, then what?

Problem with RL ranks in general is that in 1v1 half of the match is decided by the kickoff and luck , in 2v2 and 3v3 the teammates can be the problem so there is literally no mode where your actual skill could be measured (Yes I refuse to learn different kick off strats lol , boring af in both game)
