Every item is cursed. Every item and trinket that has the word cursed in it. Cursed Eye, Cursed Penny etc.

@@AvocaToast theres a challenge added in repentance called "Pica Run", all items are replaced by trinkets, you start with moms box, moms purse, and marbles, which procs on every hit bindingofisaacrebirth.wiki.gg/wiki/Pica_Run

You could do every trinket that gives you a random effect item for their respective set ir, 404, modeling clay and 'm Instead of getting normal items in item rooms you get an additional modeling clay and if preferred eventually schoolbag with an additional active item and additional 404 for double trinket

You should consider doing a run with a huge amount of mods where any vanilla repentance item gets rerolled, so you only get modded items.

Video idea: Eden run with a schoolbag, d8, dataminer at the start(can't replace those) Every card/pill/rune etc. is experimental pill/horse pill, and every item is experimental treatment. You have to take all of that. Have fun.

0:30 technically you can make it with the da rules mod where you give yourself a penny, then use smelter, then give yourself a penny, then smelt it... trust me it would probably be worth it if you want to do this again for whatever reason
