Bricky forgot to mention that Orks are mushroom ppl. Ye, all the Orks, grots(goblins) and squigs (the creatures they ride and eat) are all mushroom crratures. Also, there is a video about them by Gaijin Goomba and Gimgam Glitzdakka I recommend you to watch it when you have the time

The part about Angron is one of the points Bricky was plain wrong about, but he corrects himself in the Space Marine Legion video: He landed on a world that highly prized gladiator games when he was a child and enslaved. When he refused to fight, a bit of tech called "The Butcher's Nails" was implanted in his skull, leaving him in two states: pure rage or unimaginable pain. Ten thousand years of this let to him being a nigh-mindless rage monster that makes the Hulk look calm.

I suggest praying to the Ommissiah for your car to run better 🤣. All jokes aside I highly encourage you to take the plunge into the lore of 40k at least. There is something for everyone in this setting. I've been a fan of the setting for over a decade and finally started doing the hobby side of things over three years ago. Now I'm a commission painter and I really enjoy the lore and painting side of the hobby. I own 4 armies, soon to be 5, but the Space Wolves are my favorite faction for the melee combat, Nordic aesthetic, and their stubbornness in 40k. I really enjoy World Eaters and the Knights of House Raven as well. Definitely recommend you continue your journey down the path of the grimdark, you'll find something you like eventually if you haven't already. 👍

(bricky admits he got it wrong in a podcast he did). it was slavers who enslaved angron as a kid who removed parts of his brain, and you see those dreads of his? those are wires that is a device that basically causes him INTENSE pain if he isn't feeling angry. (they also ended up removing his primarch powers. which is very bad)

I can explain why the Chaos Gods are all fucked up, Bricky was thinking in the right direction. Sorry if this is long but thank you if you read it anyway! So, the warp/immaterium is the realm of souls and emotions. Picture the entire warhammer universe like a mirror. You have the physical/material world and its reflection - the immaterial world, hence, immaterium. They overlap with each other but exist in separate dimensions. The important aspect here is MIRROR. The immaterium is the realm of emotions and souls, it is basically a reflection of the general mental and emotional state of all intelligent life. If most people/creatures are happy and satisfied, then those are the emotions being flooded into the warp with happy souls who are not dying horrible deaths full of pain and regret. In 40K, the entire galaxy is at war. Every race (minus the Tau and the Orks) is in a state of decay, degradation, where information and innovation is suppressed, every race is in a constant super intense state of hypermilitarisation. Everyone is racist, force fed propaganda, taught to hate and kill. The warp is a reflection and has been flooded with this intense negativity for millions of years and even more intensely in the last 40 thousand, it's saturated to the point that it has twisted and empowered Khorne, Nurgle, and Tzeentch towards their worst aspects, and created Slaanesh. If your question is, were things always like this? No, again to keep it short I'll just say that the warp was relatively calm for millennia until the first ever massive galactic scale war happened, the War in Heaven. It was the catalyst that destabilised the warp and led to this downward spiral progression. Also, it's a bit of a self-feeding loop. The warp is a reflection and manifestation of the collective consciousness of all intelligent life. It has become violent and sends demons and stuff out to attack cuz we are angry and violent. Pretty much nobody knows that this is how the Warp works, so they just buckle down and fight even harder to wipe out demons and chaos which is just inadvertently feeding the warp even more, making them buckle down even harder and vice versa you see? The only way to defeat Chaos would be to: 1. Wipe out all intelligent life including the Imperium, it'll starve the warp 2. All races make peace and decide to be friendly and help each other (LMAOOO option 1 is far more likely). 3. Deus Ex Machina like the Emperor returns juiced up asf, enough to wipe out one or sth Hope you enjoyed, hope I kept it clear and thanks if you made it this far!

It isn't a canon faction but read short fanfiction where mc was a hybrid species called Necron Tyranids combining all traits and abilities of both factions On top of fusion with Tyranids narrative limiter removed so mc can actually create non-biological stuff as it just rearranging atoms and what not. Probably one most terrifying species fusions out there

36:00 This is false and myth. StarCraft was not supposed to a WH40K game at all. The myth arose because the real time strategy game known as Warcraft : Orcs And Humans was originally supposed to be a Warhammer Fantasy RTS game that Blizzard decided to spun into its own IP at the last minute. When Starcraft came out people conflate this history with WH40K despite is no proof at all that it is the case. In facts there is very little similarity between the two StarCraft and WH40K.
