Correction: The honoured matres were a mixture of Bene Gesserit, Fish Speakers and most critically, freed female Tleilaxu. The last group gave them their maniacal hatred of Tleilaxu men and their dominance over men in general. It was almost instinctual. As well, the way he explained the conflict between BG and HM was a bit off. Read the Frank Herbert books and then read the later ones but be warned, they are not as complex or layered as Frank's writing.

I think your final statement is false. Life is change. All the painful history was somewhat inevitable. You can not have potential advantages like genetic engineering and AI and cybernetics not be exploited. Life finds a way by trying every path .

It’s “beh neh“ not “Ben-nay”. There is NO ACCENT on the second e. And as mentioned earlier, “mah-tress” not “mate-ters“. I can almost handle the nasally voice but the mispronunciation had me cringing every time.
