Actually, I prayed to Lord krishna that I have to wake up early next day and I really got up early even though I slept very late. HARE KRISHNA ❤❤❤

My notes:- Bigger the WHY, bigger the determination If want to keep krishna happy, wake up early, and chant, because only pure devotees keep krishna happy in this way You'll feel positive or "satvik" vibrations which can uplift you in a spiritual manner. You become disciplined when you wake up. avoid hitting the snooze button. Bathing with normal water ( preferably cold ), which releases adrenaline hormone to help use breathe better and circulates blood better. Dont sleep less or more. Sleep enough. Wake early by sleeping early. Do dinner early if possible ( 2 hrs early from the time to sleep ) Ask Krishna for help ( Most effective )

Hare krishna mataji, I agree with you specially with the last tip, whenever I pray to lord krishna before sleeping I get up before 4 am or exactly at 4 am. Some or the thing happens either I get a dream or a mosquito troubles me and i get up exactly at 4am . If i don't pray for one night then I get up 15 mins or half an hour late in the next morning.
