Recently I’ve obsessed with a very bad addiction and I was not able to focus on anything not on studies not on anything, totally confused and distracted. I wanted to come out of this but after 1 or 2 day I again get trapped. At last I saw one of your video and just loved them, I just fall in love with lord’s Bhakti it’s truly wonderful. To overcome distraction the ans is to going in spiritualism. Doing bhakti, chanting maha mantra , and also doing ( bhakto ka sang) .. . Everything in life is light but we make them wieghted just like that a glass of water is light but when we hold them to long 1-2 hours it will come so much heavier.. vice-versa applies in anxiety, depression and stress. See I m NOT against of anything of vedik.. But The main Goal is SELF REALIZATION or MOKSH OR MUKTI BROTHER. It can be.. On bhakti, work, knowledge, duty.. Your videos were the ones which brought me into Krishna Consciousness and I genuinely feel stress-free and relaxed whenever I Think about Shri Krishna ... As of now, I follow the four principles said by you in this video.. But chanting 16 rounds of Hare Krishna mahamantra is very difficult for me as we have special classes in the evening , lots of homeworks to do and tests to study for ... Can I chant 1 round daily either morning or evening ? ... And increase them slowly by 2 rounds, 3 rounds , etc. Kindly help mata ji Hare Krishna Hare Rama Hari bol ❤
