TRT =/= roids. TRT turns you back within a normal range. The testosterone levels of a cycle is so high that it’s difficult to even measure due to many AAS having no equivalent anabolicity to testosterone. MK-677 is a growth hormone secretagogue which also doesn’t increase HGH above physiological levels, another hormone that drastically begins to decline as you age. BPC does essentially nothing for performance but will help heal soft tissue. He’s just a dude who’s been working out forever who is smart enough to remain efficient. Supplementing these hormones is even healthy. Having a low testosterone causes metabolic disease. Don’t be jelly about it.

Truth! My dad retired from Philip Morris, as a diesel mechanic, after 40 years. After 4 months he couldn't do it and went back to work at a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. The young guys learn so much from him. They hired him, because of experience. The younger guys all love him and come over to his house on the weekends, and he helps them rebuild their cars. He will be 74 this year, and he looks like he's 50 and can run circles around most 40 year olds! Out of his whole team at PM of 14, there's only 5 left, and they are all still working and moving. I can't thank those young guys enough, because i think they have played a pivotal role in keeping my dad here!

I know the trt and hgh is a different conversation, but everybody can benefit from strength training. Honestly I respect how Joe is open about the idea that if you want to ACTUALLY maintain a good physical structure past your 40s you have to dope shit into your body at some point. I remember somewhere back in '17 I was at my local gym, kept seeing this 60 something old man with huge muscles, nothing too freakish but he seriously was packing. I went up to him and straight up asked him about what supplements he's using and he tells me TRT. You can't create something out of nothing, you need hormones you had in your late teens and 20s in order to be at your physical peak.

@@a1990sGamer its really not dangerous, when it's controlled/monitor and you ingest good proteins and nutrients and flush your body, regularly. The key is small doses, you wanna be a freak, adjust and increase, then you risk adverse effects.
@kungfoochicken08
@kungfoochicken08 2 жыл бұрын
@@a1990sGamer They're not really that dangerous. The worst side effect is the rare case of someone becoming infertile. I'm 31, I work out regularly, eat healthy, and sleep well. I got my testosterone levels checked and I was at 260. A "normal" range now is 300-800. 40 years ago, the normal range was 600-1200. Micro-pastics in the water and other environmental factors have caused testosterone levels to plummet lately. TRT just offers a way to restore testosterone levels to those previous ranges under the supervision of a doctor. I don't really see an issue with it. I'm on HCG to maintain my ability to produce sperm. As a precaution, I froze some sperm. I've only been on TRT for two months but I feel like a new man.

@@MrTrozzo91 totally false. You can do cycles of testosterone when you are younger and do a pct to get back your normal levels. You can literally take hcg while taking testosterone or other AAS and that will make your pct phase so incredibly painless. Also, I don't see the hate, unless you are scared of needles, you just inject twice a week which takes 3 minutes and it's painless, unless you're getting ugl, that can give you some PIP, but if your getting pharma grade shit, PIP is rare.
