It’s because they take out their own negativity onto others leading them to become more impulsive and erratic children are only growing up and learning from experiences their brains are developing same as their personalities so it’s not entirely their fault even tho yes they should face consequences but should be about understanding and helping the child instead of locking them up in cells like animals in cages

The Time capsule one was completely unfair though because one, Miss Battleaxe put Henry's slime in the new capsule so how exactly does that implicate Henry? The actual culprit easily could have just decided to toss it aside or something. Two, Miss Oddbodd was the one who was digging up the garden technically. Yeah, Ralph, Al and Bert dug up the garden the first time, but the second time Henry and them were all innocent. It's possible that Miss Oddbodd sorted something out to keep Henry out of trouble for the incident as he could easily turn around and grass on her otherwise. As for the queen incident, I like how no one ever comments on the fact that Miss Battleaxe randomly decides to pounce on Henry, which led to the queen getting covered in mud.

If you want to talk about bad adults in kids cartoons just look at the teacher from the rubbish world of Dave spud, in the episode two toots spud (season 2 episode 7) he sends the class on a school trip on there own when the previous years class never came back and later in the episode their clothes are seen in a giant pigeons nest and there is a skull there as well (yes I said that right) luckily Dave and his classmate make it back alive but he tries to give them extra home work for being late. The teacher from Dave spud has done worse in other episodes like trying to cover up destruction, bulling a student for not having a brain (the character is a starfish though), causing Grimsby to go under attack and he also leaves the class in detention overnight. Sorry if my grammar isn’t good
