Had to stop halfway through this build is horrible! I agree with the speed on counter but the rest is wrong, I would go for extra ammo, extra health, extra distance on swerl and fan the flames

I personally use the card that lowers cd on whirl when you counter,plus counter reset,with like level 3 footwork.
