Scatternus has the same abilities and color scheme as Skywarp. Scatternus is the autobot version of Skywarp but Scatternus lives inside Skywarp's body as a spirit of heroic good. So, if Skywarp and Scatternus get pulled apart and Scatternus gets his own physical body, have them both dress up as endermen and let them teleport around, scaring others, but 1 of the 3 Auto-Con leaders, Toy Megatron wouldn't be scared by Skywarp and Scatternus in Endermen cosplays because she had dealt with endermen before.

They're not powered up yet since Skywarp is waiting for a very young and innocent human to die naturally so that he could take the human body and put it into the cybertronian body and power up the cybertronian with the human soul of that specific human and stuff from that human and he may do the same for other humans who die and that he'll put those dead humans in other cybertronian bodies he made and have them be powered by human souls and stuff that humans have naturally.

Technically his creations like Rainstorm are supposed to give very very young humans a second chance at life as he saw that not all humans are bad. Some are innocent and don't deserve death at all. Like how Autobot Spike was a way to give Spike a second chance at life but he went a little crazy, nearly destroying everything including teletran one.
