I agree that taking care of your mental health is very important. When I first heard about the break up it was right before I saw her in Tampa. I instantly felt bad for her. She is supposed to be having a good time with her fans not having to put on a fake smile because she has a job to do despite dealing with the pain of a break up. No I don't think all of her smiles on this tour are fake just some. I have been a fan of her for 13 years. How cool is it that I finally got to see her live after 13 years? 13 has always been my lucky number too because I was born on the 13th of August. I remember thinking when Red first came out in 2012 I just love this woman's music so passionately but it pains me that she isn't happy. I have never cared about her love life. I care about her over all well being. She makes me feel so happy with her music. I want her to be happy in return. The album Red wasn't the only time I worried about her mental health. I worried about it when 1989 blew up like it did and she said wow I made it to the top but I have no one to share it with. I worried about her again when she disappeared for a while right before she made Reputation because she thought that's what people wanted. Taylor has always struggled with insecurities and not being happy. I know all too well the pain she felt when she wrote the line in the poem in the Reputation album "no amount of friends at 25 will fill the empty seats at the lunch tables of your past."

I don't think she will be able to make a relationship work while in the middle of mega stardom and busyness. She's kinda "married to music" at the moment. I was reading about how celebrities become addicted to fan adoration. Then coming home to their partner just doesn’t give them the same feeling as being loved as it does for people who aren’t mega famous. I don’t think it’s in a narcissistic or selfish way with Taylor. But she speaks in Miss Americana a lot about how she gained validation from fans and crowds. When publicity was negative she turned to Joe and Joe was her source of love and comfort but I think she just kind of reverted back to needing the public’s attention and maybe Joe didn’t feel like he was good enough anymore. He wanted a normal life and now Taylor’s career is more important than him. And to an extent she should make sure to keep making time for her career but I think perhaps both people may have struggled to communicate and find a way to make it work. Men often struggle to express their emotions like this and he may have just started acting different and then wasn’t able to communicate with Taylor properly and it sounds like he wasn’t able to understand what she needed. Perhaps he just started becoming cold and withdrawn about it. In You’re losing me she says she was sending signals but not that she told him what she was going through.

You can even see it flash there at the same time (well, small delay due to all the processing on the big screen). It was like, (after Joe was gone) "I can't be miserable like this crying all the time, it's so hard, I'm gonna go insane, especially I have concert tours lined up, I need to make someone my boyfriend so I can forget about J". And part of it also, maybe later, is hatred, even though she was so in love with J she was also now upset with J that she wants to take revenge, and prove to him that she can be fine. When she and T kiss on public, it looks like she's doing it for the camera, especially at the start of their relationship, but we'll see, time will tell.

I love her but I honestly wouldn’t take a million dollars to date her. I think it is very hard to be her boyfriend. I am actually surprised it lasted as long as it did. When her fame started getting even bigger than she was makes it just impossible. I do feel badly for her for that reason but she has chosen the fame & limelight over relationships (covert narcissism). I had 1/10,000 of that for a couple years in my college years due to my dad’s job… I hated it. Hated it. Sure got invites to everything, and I got out of a driving ticket, etc. BUT my car not starting & needing to be towed actually made it in the newspaper. I couldn’t do anything with anyone without it getting back to my dad causing a ridiculous number of questions. When red tv came out there was this whole thing about her losing weight and everyone was convinced she and joe broke up until 2 months later when they were papped together in ireland (sweet nothing wicklow). They folklore and evermore are not about joe (except for invisible string, peace, the lakes, willow, long story short and MAYBE gold rush), and we need to stop villanizing him. They met april 29th 2016 at Gigi Hadids birthday party and started dating september 28th 2016, broke up some time in 2021, she wrote youre losing me, maroon, midnight rain, ect, they got back together and she wrote the great war, labyrinth, ect. Then they broke up shortly before the eras tour or some time between the first and third leg.

One more thing, the majority of Taylor's band members have been with her since the beginning, also her dancers too, although it has been 5 years since the Reputation tour, and then when the pandemic hit, she wasn't able to tour her Lover album, so her dancers had to find work elsewhere, but she still has most of her backup singers.
