ME! is such a wonderful, joyous, cheerful song but when it is played on piano..it hits different. It sounds sad yet not that sad..i mean it sounds sadder in piano yet it is like a new beginning. It's like finally she's seen daylight in so many years, a new beginning and sounds emotional...loved this version of ME! It is kind of different from the studio version.
@Angel-fq9re4 жыл бұрын
based on the lyrics too like theres an underlying sadness in it that wasnt explored and fulfilled but knowing how taylor and brendon prolly had fun making the song and taylor knowing how brendon is an all out performer im guessing it shifted in direction to bubblegum pop. it hits the energy of a mainstream pop song but its idea fall short unlike shake it off

Folklore is very different from her other albums bc first of all, it has more of an indie sound to it when her other albums are either pop or country. The songs in folklore is also unusual because it's the first time her did not center the content of her album around her lovers. The songs gave us an insight to her imagination and her innermost thoughts, and her views on the little things in her life. The lyrics are more thoughtful and have certain depths to them. They help us to know her as a person a little bit more other than just her ex hater persona. . . . Anyways...what Im trying to say is that Folklore is beautiful and entralling in its own unique way

For me, no matter how good a singer voice is, if they do not sing w their heart, then i felt like they are still no good since when i heard any music, i want to feel it in my soul, n Taylor is that for me, to be honest, there are tons of people that have a voice that is more melodic than hers is, but, she sing w her heart out, making people feel more connected, so i think in my opinion, Taylor is by far a better singer in comparison to other people.
