15 weapons * 6 abilities is 80, minus 4 of the life staff abilities is 76, but then you have duplicates of some abilities (Flourish and Finish) so i think you missed some. Edit: saw the path of destiny and mortar shell explanation after this

I understand the point of fairness when doing your test, but I think fully optimized musket/bow builds could hit a lot higher peaks! Overall really good content and I enjoyed it

This test doesnt show anything to me,a proper test would be using 700 GS with full power spike against a proper defensive player. There is a big difference between a Pestilence with Harnessing+Runeglass damage to regular BB damage. If anyone wants to do proper test i recommend them to use full power of the weapon so it can be seen what is wrong or not,this kind of tests are useless when you dont maximize the full potential of the weapon you're using.

@propersod2390 balance is pretty good, and yeah I love Bb,fs but I play my other builds much more often, like vg/ig, ls/flail, musket/bb. And they are all powerful in their own way

This test very complete good Job!. However feel like this is mostly useful for PVE, for PVP vs real player 700GS at a balanced gem mitigation setup would be more accurate.

It's virtually impossible testing at 700 gs since everyone has different gems, armor weight, different physical and elemental resistance, and perks. This base test was the best way to see the actual dmg before resistances

Those are for PVE not PVP. Consider them with PVP nerfs.

so you telling me all the weapons in the video had the same gs score (which affects the base dmg) and every weapon or the character had the same exact attribute point(s). If it's not the case, then it was simply a waste of time and totally unrepresentative.

Yes, and yes, every weapon had 700 gs and for every weapon it was used 350 of their respective attribute, except for GS.

This is tough to represent then, because it discounts that weapons with two attribute scalings can gain much more damage. Blunder, musket, rapier, spear, ss, vg, gs, flail all have more scaling potential.

Nah you did not say vigor is an s tier perk if I heard that right… Vigor is useless cause fs has kindle that makes smolder last 20% longer which offsets 2 vigors… burning on ring extends dots. Oh and fs can just immediately apply the dot again lmfao. Paired with pest, attun, runeglass, smoulder it is dumb free easy dmg. Using a platform to get you weapon buffed is a big reason why the game is the way it is and why fs is the most used weapon.

Not the most used weapon by a long shot, not interested in buffing fire staff, just stop nerfing it and complaining about it, and yes FS has Kindle and also 250 int which is 30% both combined makes the FT Burn last about 9 secs, if u have 5 stacks for 9 secs it will be a lot of dmg, didnt u see that the burn is about 30-40% of the FS dmg, so using 3-4 vigors + desert Sunrise will not only decrease the FS damage by a lot, but also any other dot in the game, Spear, Bow, Musket, Rapier, BB. If u dont like vigor dont use it and keep complaining about FS.
