Leena, a quick tip. For bulky stuff like diapers and shampoo, babywash etc get it wherever you go for your destination. There are targets everywhere so its easy to get that stuff later. It frees up luggage space.

I took a self-defense course and being aware if your surroundings was the first lesson they taught us. They recommended parking far away from the entrances to avoid others from parking right next to you and to be able to see that no one is under your car as you are walking towards it. They had a whole module to explain how to get out of a situation if someone corners you in your car (front seat, back seat or trunk). I recently got a pepper spray that hangs on my purse on the outside too.

I have had similar experiences in Halifax (Nova Scotia in Canada) when it comes to using public women wahrooms that has many bathroom stals and it got to the point where everytime I go to the washroom someone comes after I am ready to use the toilet and start....only for someone to come racing into the next toilet stall that is right next to mine and skipping all the empty ones that are away from me. It is an unsolved mystery. May Allah protect us all.

Let me just give you a tip when baby on the seat while eating, use sufra for the ground area so that all the leftovers will fall on sufra after finishing food u can easily grab sufra and trash it as well. It will be easy and u do not need to cleaning all the time. Thanks 👍🏻

It isn’t difficult. She is living her life. She works from home, makes some vlog and edited it. That’s it. She got to be with her child at home and she even has someone help her. She only from KZbin earns around 50.000 dollar 💵 looking at her subs. From instagram each post she got around 4K 5K each post because of her huge following, she links clothes and from that she got money too. She gets many things for free because she promotes them. So what is hard work here? She earns with 1 post 4K , that’s 1 month income for some people. Soo no she hasn’t had it hard.

Also, a good defensive tactic if you feel freaked out, carry your keys in between each finger and with your hand in a fist. Easy to punch someone and do measurable damage without needing to fumble for mace or anything else. If attacked never scream. Yell with force and say as clearly as you can help. Also, if you see your attacker, yell out characteristics such as their hair color, height, build or weight, what they’re wearing (hats, shoes, belt buckle, etc), tattoos, piercings, and anything distinguishable about them! If they have a car, yell out characteristics about the car. If you know the person, (shockingly most assaults are from people you know) then yell out their name, nick name, or what they go by. I know a lot of Leena’s followers don’t drink alcohol, but if you do by chance, do not leave it unattended. A bartender (career server and bartender here 🙋‍♀️) will happily put your drink behind the bar if you need to leave it unattended for any reason. And even when you’re not in a bar, restaurant, or alcohol setting, it’s a good idea to never leave your drink unattended. Remember how I said people you know are most likely to be your assailants statistically? Yes, someone you know could easily slip you something even at a family and friends backyard bbq or gathering even in your home. Not trying to spark unwarranted panic or fear. But am trying to inform and get people to think. Also, keep in mind that abusers and assailants (senior social work student here 🙋‍♀️) are typically who you’d NEVER, EVER in a million years would EVER suspect! I’m talking the most charismatic, friendly, seemingly kind and honest, and down to earth kind of people you will EVER meet. Please pass these things along to other women. I avoid going to target as much as possible because I know so many people who have had sketchy experiences there. Our local mall is so dangerous and such a mess that people under 21 aren’t allowed inside after 6 on Fridays or Saturdays (at least that was the case pre-Covid). I and so many of my female friends have been followed, harassed, or had strange encounters that made us feel unsafe. It’s funny because (as far as I know) none of my male friends have ever had to plan errands around the time of day, whether someone can accompany them, etc. They would find that so restrictive, but that’s how women have to operate in order to stay safe. :/

Ladies in the USA as a tip RAD is offered throughout the country for FREE to women and ONLY women. It is a self defense course. RAD stands for R*pe, Aggression, Defense. The course is only with women and is instructed by police and professionals on how to defend and protect yourself and avoid situations. It is the BEST thing ever. You don’t just learn physical defense strategies, you learn alternatives as well. It’s completely free. The one I went to was offered at the college I was attending. But again, it’s free to any woman no matter what, and is in a safe setting. I only took the regular class, but they do offer specialty classes after (also free I believe) that specialize in dealing w/ attackers with guns, or knives and other weapons. Seriously so useful! Young ladies can even come since you learn plenty of non-physical material as well. I highly recommend
