The thing that is crazy about balls getting a penta on darius. Is he was the only pro player who couldn't hit challenger. He was mid to low diamond with 100's of games. Then goes and pentas at worlds.

Notice how most of these pentas are on their ADCs...wish more people in the gold-diamond range understood the value of the whole team rallying around the ADC (and mid, since usually they help carry damage too). Just looking at master, challenger, and pro team comps alone, you can tell right away that these teams go for lots of crowd control and front-line, actually relying on their carries to do their job properly and carry, at least in terms of damage output.

@@einarmadillo3626 Yep, ADC and sometimes mid. I tend to do a lot better taking a marksman mid lane where I have way more xp and therefore power and agency as a result, since most teammates seem to default to "ignore the ADC" lol. Absolute nightmare role to play in my experience

they are pro players, the adc knows what he is doing, not to in gold-diamond. In that range every role (besides maybe sup) has around the same potential to 1v9, so who the team plays around in that elo range should not depend on who is playing bot lane. Even in pro play, look at this year's finals, Zeus carried that series, because his team played around the top lane. In higher elo it is a good idea to play around your adc, but not as much in gold-diamond.

i checked the statistics for every pentakill in worlds - there is only one pentakill missing in this video - the one from season 1 worlds by CndyPnda (of team gamed!de) in 2011, most likely because there wasn't any real footage of first worlds

I started league during Worlds 2015. I think that was the right time, when the hype was good, not many champs and items, not many patches, old client That was the best time. Before that, game was unbalanced and champs/items were too op😂
