Feels bad Woulda told you the speed run tecnique of grandmas soup ( magic) and popping your deku leaf repeatedly (unequiping and reequiping gives you a pop up a little higher in the air.

Just in case you *don't* want to spend all your rupees at the auction, the best strategy is to slowly build up the bar and not bid until the last few seconds. IIRC, your bid needs to be 30 rupees above the last one in order to stun all the other participants and thus prevent them from over-bidding you in the little time that is left. Works every time.

this is wrong and bad, if you wait you spend a fortune on whatever the item is, instead bid 10% above and stun all the peeps then spam the bar til its almost full and bid again when the stun wears off it saves a ton of money

@@culex2513 I mean, you can probably get somewhat of a similar and mechanically better experience with the addition of Project Restoration, unfortunately that would require modding a 3DS, or emulation, I was gonna play Majora 3D again with Project Restoration this time around, but I thought it’d be better to challenge myself with the N64 version anyways since Project Restoration can only do so much

While the auction might encourage you to press the button to build up as much as possible, some of the NPCs present will hint at you to just offer big to ovewhelm them. Wait until like the last 15-10 seconds to fully build up the bar, and try to offer no less than 10% more of what is currently offered so you can stun them all for the remainder and secure the items. Just like in FFIX, you only need to call out once.
