This was actually pretty entertaining haha .I deal with the same I deal with the same problems in my OBS I keep dumping money into the AC and then it just breaks again a few months later again LOL. Some of those problems on yours look like they can be an easy fix you should definitely get that cigarette lighter fixed so you can add more USB ports maybe some fast charging ports.

If they want to work but nothing happens try spraying WD-40 on all the little arms and mechanism of the door lock just lower your window all the way, I had the same problem on my obs,I could hear it working but nothing would happen and it fixed it

I just bought a 1994 Silverado 2500 and I love it. I always get compliments about how nice it is for a 2nd gen and considering everything including the original ac and heat work. But I get same complaints too(mainly from my stupid ass generation), I have electric windows and electric locks and sometimes people accidentally hit the locks instead of the windows and then they complain how I don’t use my ac when it works and I just tell them, it’s a 25yo truck, only time I’m running the ac is when it’s 99+ out(florida weather lol). And then people complain about the seats not as comfortable and I’m like “yeah it’s a 25yo truck dumbass. But I am going to have a complete interior rebuild. Nothing needs to be done mechanically but I do plan on having leather seats installed from a Tahoe and having Bluetooth installed for my phone and having it lowered. I do also wanna get it straight piped since it is the v8.

If you’re friends don’t know how to roll the window up or lock the door than you need to get new ones, I have a 93 and the AC is factory only the switch has been replaced, those trucks are really easy to work on all of the problems you have are really easy to fix

My Tahoe is a 96 and lucky me got one from the first few months of 96 and turns out the trans controller has a bad ground issue. So the transmission crashed. Gm calls the wire fix, the f wire. That's right it's an f wire alright... I fixed it though. New trans and f wire installed😬
