Krisis jiwa yesssss! nangis nangis sebab rindu diri yang dulu tapi sejak on med, diri yang dulu tak ada, then urgh so hard to explain this. bipolar is messy. bila ok, rasa mcm tak depress tak nak ambil ubat, sekali mendapat. banyak kali cuba, 3 weeks max then breakdown again , cari ubat balik haha. I feel you Nisha! I can relate to everything you said about bipolar. May Allah bless your soul.

bila kita rasa tak tenteram dan rasa resa gelisah . sampai rasa xguna dan rasa nak end up the life.. paling paling kembali ingat ALLAH dgn berzikir Istigfar Pendek pun tak per. The whole hantu and psychosis part got me 😂 NAURRRRR 😂 I think the psychosis and mania episodes ada some essence of you reacting to these experiences. Like you said, you’re probably extroverted but not the mania version. What you’re going through is tough and in some ways there’s also grief for the pre-ubat self. But it also an opportunity to learn and meet yourself again now and moving forward, and reflect on your child self and who she was. Ok sekian ❤

Hye Nisha. Glad to see you back. I have a question. I know someone that i think dia Manic. Sebab semua characteristics tu ada pada dia. I think tahun ni dia teruk dari before and affecting everyone. I did reach out to a doctor, tapi doctor kata kena bawak pesakit. But how? Like you said, bila episode tu datang, dia rasa diri dia hebat and i swear its very annoying. Memang tak boleh nak bawak dia jumpa doctor. So my question is, macam mana nak paksa orang jumpa psych? 😔
