Bought a ring last year, Within 2 days of wearing I got skin irritation. The staff was so incompetent to even suggest that one should buy a band a size bigger than the required size, and then caratlane is so crappy that they won't even repair the ring to increase size, stating quality issues. Instead they are suggestion is to sell the ring and buy the same a size bigger at double the prize. SLOW CLAPS. Don't waste your money on Caratlane, instead buy from Tanishq, you'll thank me later!

My experience with the two pieces of jewelry has been quite disappointing. They are very delicate and not suited for daily wear. Regrettably, the diamond stud broke and got lost. When we approached the store to address the issue, we encountered an unhelpful attitude, as if I were intentionally responsible for the damage. Unfortunately, I had a similar frustrating experience with the bracelet.

If it is within 1 year from purchase date, you can get complete replacement to new one for free or repair for free. If it is more than a year then you can exchange as old gold only… call up customer care online.. their respomse is better than store ppl.

No not at all ots not 1 grm gold it is real gold nothing will happen on daily wear for years together like our usual gold at home
