Glad to hear from you again! Regarding your sentences, the first one is perfect. 👍🏻 But in the other two sentences, help and made are not used as causative verbs. The following sentences will make the point clear: She helps me. ( Help used as a normal verb) She helped me bake the cake. ( Helped is used as a causative verb- please note that in this sentence ‘Helped me’ is followed by the infinite form of another verb ‘bake’.) So the sentence could be “Your teaching helped me improve my English.” 😊

Here ‘let’ is a part of an impersonal imperative sentence. In this sentence, we are talking about some thing- ‘that order’. In Malayalam, one would say “aa order varatte”. Hope this helps! 😊

The causative can be used with most verb forms, though the chances of it being used with some of them is extremely low. And yes, it can also be used with the modals.
