Present day AWD systems are very complex and work with various sensors that give the driver maximum traction at all times. One good example of these systems is the Volkswagen 4Motion AWD system. We head to Quebec Canada to experience the ultimate winter drive.

It’s 48% maximum bias and there is minimal lateral transfer because there are open differentials…

can u ask the VW ppl y they dont have awd in passat. i mean that would be a good feature and unique in the segment. also the passat has the huge rear hump for rear passengers ..so y not have awd..

My maintenance costs on my Tiguan are extremely low in comparison to the BMW 335i I used to own lol

Ownership cost over 10yrs is only $60 a year more than Honda or Mazda, I got this from the web from a neutral source, the lowest ownership cost goes to Toyota/Lexus.

Owned 2 different Tiguans in 2 different continents, both have performed extremely well and have never had an issue. Maintenance is no more expensive than when I owned a ford.
