You guys should just go live in the undersea bubbles since this is the center. Nothing but resources spawns in those. It might be a bit of a pain to get to, but its safe from pretty much everything. Things on the surface can't dive down after you. And sine it's an air bubble, aquatic creatures cannot get to yo either. Also, I think the reason for the Shadowmane constantly targeting you is that it's a mega. And it's your nemesis. Don't dox megas chase you forever? I remember an old dox episode where you pissed off a mega araneo and it hunted your ass down clear across the map. But yeah, shouldn't the bubbles be safe base places?
