Strawberries 12 oz (350 g)
put the strawberries into a food processor
Blend until there are no chunks of fruit left
Heavy cream 2 cups + 2 tbsp (500 ml)
Place cold heavy cream in a large bowl, whip to soft peaks.
Condensed milk 10 oz (300 g)
beat on low speed until incorporated
freeze for least 6 hours
Hot water

Strawberry 1 cup
1 Banana
Peel and slice into 1/2-inch slices
Freezer for 2-3 hours
blend until you have a consistency resembling
soft serve ice cream
Transfer the mixture to the freezer for 30 minutes before serving

Strawberry 9oz/250g
Powdered sugar 1 cup + 3 tbsp
Place strawberry and the Powdered sugar
in the bowl of a stand mixer
Gelatin 1 tbsp
Let gelatin sit and dissolve for at least 5 minutes
Set the bowl over a saucepan partially filled with cold
water the water should touch the bottom of the bowl
Beat until the mixture has cooled to room temperature
and forms stiff peaks, 5 to 7 minutes
Line a 8 inch (20 cm) square dish with plastic wrap and oil lightly
Spread evenly in the dish and refrigerate
until thoroughly chilled, about 3 hours
Lightly dust a clean surface with the icing sugar mixture
remove the plastic wrap
Cut the marshmallow into 4 cm (1 1/2 inch)
Roll each square in the icing sugar mixture
