Truck specs: 2017 F150 XLT Sport with the 2.7 EcoBoost. 2.5” level, Toyo open country 35’s with Fuel Off-road wheels, cat-back exhaust (sounds insane for a 2.7), Morimoto raptor headlights, katzkin leather seats. It is 4x4 so I take her off-road a bit, and also has the full moon roof. Then just some small stuff like blue knobs, black flags on the doors at the bottom, with the black flag stem caps to match.

They can’t see what’s going on in front of the truck, and when you hit your brakes, they don’t take it serious. When they do, it can be too late. I swear, people have become worse drivers since Covid started.

@@KickinItWithQ Car hit me going approx 50 when I was stopped in traffic a few months back. Had my kids in the back seat. Car hit the hitch, and went underneath. My rear tires were sitting where his motor should be (but motor was pushed back through firewall). Drove off his car and on to side of highway. We were good, and truck needed a new bumper / max tow receiver / backup sensors. His car was totaled. Happy I was in the F150 that day, and it’s lifted.

Check custom offsets gallery man. You’ll see exactly what fits on your particular trucks and what you need to do to make them fit without rubbing. You don’t want too wide of wheels and only be able to turn your wheel one full turn and a bit.

I drive a 14 Ram 1500 on a 6” lift, 22x12 on 35’s. I laugh every time I’m at a red light and someone is next to me trying to make a right turn. I see neck stretching, raising up in their seats, pulling halfway into the intersection, just to see around my truck.

I actually added the heavy rubber/stainless mud flaps from the Ford website on mine. I'm not sure that it would go with your truck's aesthetic, but they do keep it from flinging rocks on to my rocker panels or at other folks. I noticed that you are still running the stock chrome exhaust tip; I am too, but I wanted to see if you had looked into changing it? Lol, yep, absolutely true. I’ve had people give me the side eye, ask me why my truck has 20” wheels on it, why it has ditch lights on it, all kinds of things. My dad actually can’t stand any kind of LED lights, says they are to bright and should be outlawed. But I’ve had just as many people tell me they like my truck. I try not to hate on peoples rigs, we are all different. There are all kinds of styles and people put tons of time and energy into making their trucks unique. Only thing I would say is just keep it safe. Don’t do something sketchy to your ride that might get you or someone else killed. Other than that, haters gonna hate. People should do what makes them happy. May not be my style, but I can appreciate the time and effort.

Bro, I know I'm late, but this video just popped up in my feed. I just lifted my truck with a 4 in lift, 12 wides with -51 offset wheels. When I say the hate is real for big trucks...MAN! Yeah, our trucks are ridiculous, but man it just feels good to ride up high with wide wheels! There's just something about it man! Dude lot of stuff you just said is so true. For me it doesn't make any sense to raise the truck, unless your in the area with a lot of flooding. I know you may not use the truck for work, because you might end up overestimate your ground clearance. Not only that but when I buy something, I like things for their purpose. i find it stupid when the same people don't bitch about exotic car owners, like what's the point of a lambo when you mostly drive in the city, that's hypocrisy, whereas a pick up truck will preserve it's value unlike most cars, it's safer, practical, and can save your ass in different scenarios when you have to use it as a truck. There are many reasons to owning a truck. I bought a 2003 F-350 7.3 crew cab/long bed for $5.000 that i restore/upgrade in my freetime and those things are selling for 40 grand easy if maintained properly.

99% of the people that talk bad about lifted trucks just flat out cant afford them. Trucks are the most expensive class of vehicles on the road. Just being able to afford a truck is expensive, let alone having extra money to customize it. People will always dislike or hate something when they cant afford it. Its like your minds natural "defense mechanism" instead of just working harder to be able to afford it, you convince yourself you hate it.
