Great video and coverage of the FDNY and love their apparatus fleet make up, comprising of Seagraves, Ferrera and KME , while Seagraves, Pierce and E one are my top 3 favorites, I can definitely see why the FDNY continues to buy Seagraves and Ferrera, especially the rear mounts and heavy rescue trucks on the Ultra chassis, hopefully they will stay with those 2 manufacturers I also think it would be cool to see a couple of Ferrera tillers on the ultra chassis and a few Pierce Mid mount ascendant platforms would look quite beautiful and sharp in the FDNY apparatus fleet.. 👍🙌🏼👏🏼🚨🚒📸

Nice! I especially like the second run when the guy walks in front of the camera and actually says “excuse me”. Restores a modicum of faith that we can be civil to one another. I also enjoyed when 82/31 went out to their brand new “Mr. Softee” siren! As always, enjoyable.

Out of curiosity, why do some firefighters wait until the truck is on the street to get in?

WELL, THEY HAVE TO STAY ON THE SIDEWALK TO PREVENT PEDESTRAINS FROM WALKING IN THE PATH OF THE APPARATUS AND GETTNG HIT OR HURT WHILE IT EXITS THE STATION.....IT IS A SAFETY THING.....THANKS SO MUCH.....
