If you put a semi thick layer of flex seal on the roof of that cover it will actually cut down the volume level of the rain which will help your audio

I just heard from Norm last evening. Sent me a picture of David and Tommy holding a nice king. Musta been an old picture. Meanwhile, haven't heard if the pier got rebuilt or not. Soon as it is I want to be there to get back to catching huge spanish and kings. Rick passed away and Norm rarely comes down so, gonna get the better half to start going to the pier. Can't wait to see your shop.

BARNAGAT LIGHT NJ,fisherman was killed by lightning on the full sunshine beach! Storm was 5 miles offshore! Estimated 50 guys on beach fishing at that time.

Filled the cooler with spanish on the way to and back from the opening. Gulf coast piers produce some fatty macks! Thanks Brad for showing me the 1/2 oz wacky jigs and them gotcha lures (not plugs). They worked great for macks, blues, and even remora😂. GL with the store brotha!

Nice video! I was fishing in Mexico for tuna and the captain kept a couple of skipjacks. When I asked him why, he said he throws them over when seals try to steal tuna off the line. Maybe those hard tails would entice the dolphins??

Reminds me of my foosball days. “Our” arcade had dynamo tables and one night a couple dudes came in sporting matching Tornado t-shirts.(another popular table) They put their quarters up on our table and my brother and I proceeded to school them on the game. They left after one game with their tails between their legs. I love pier videos, especially the Florida piers, since the Alabama pier is broken. The static electricity around those thunderstorms is real. I had a graphite rod that lit me up several times. I’d have to put it in the cart and grab my fiberglass rod or leave.

Money-making idea for bbo free of charge: produce a crappie jig designed and marketed for mack pier fishing: heavier weight and stronger hook. Yes, a small spro can work, but just doesn't fire up the macks like a traditional marribou crappie jig. A guy use to make them by hand and sell them on Anglins pier, but you could only buy if you happened to run into him. Another idea is to bring back sidewinder jigs from the dead...also for pier macks, but for whatever reason this wildly successful jig stopped being manuf 20+ yrs ago.

The electricity through the pole ain't no joke. I was at PCB pier and that was happening to me on Thursday too! I was telling Brant about it and he said dude was in bad shape that got struck right after I left. In a round about way the grand opening may have saved me...had to hit the road to hotel in Pensacola.🙏

The fisherman who got struck by lightning did not die he made a full recovery he is still in the hospital. I live in Panama City I was on the pier when he got struck. Two fisherman saved his life with CPR.
