For the Cherry Filling:
400g (2 Cups) Frozen Sour Cherries
100g (1/2 Cup) Sugar
Juice from Half a Lemon
15g (1/8 Cup) Corn Starch
For the White Cream:
400ml (1 + 3/4 Cups) Whipping Cream
50g (1/3 Cup) Powdered Sugar
