+haiy7596 Honestly, I don't think it's necessarily about insecurity. It's more about the Fact that EVERYONE (including those that are famous and/or a public figure) *DESERVES* a private life. And for those who attempt to pry it out of them, like come on leave them alone about it. Not everyone's entire life story needs to be known for the entire world to see unless the individual(s) themselves Choose to put it out there. I'm older than you and Kaelyn and I'm still a virgin. But I actually have my reasons. I am aware that not all guys are like this, but a lot of girls/women out there don't want to date a guy who is only going to use them for their body unless the woman allows it. Unfortunately, due to those guys existing, it makes it harder for some of us to trust the good guys that are out there. Whoever is asking those questions and I mean this in the nicest way possible also need to *learn* that no, you don't need to be "doing it," at 16 let alone 18 years old. Ofc everyone is different, but *WHY* do some 16-18 year olds RUSH into having kids so quickly? If they have a steady job and/or a career that pays well, then don't you want to save that money in order to travel either the states and/or the world 1st before settling down? I feel like some teenagers want to settle down way too soon too quickly. Tbh, idk what happened and of course it's none of my business anyways, but the only Exception I give is to Familia Diamond's family because they've done an amazing job raising all their kids imo. And Esthalla is literally just a year older than me. Ofc her situation is none of my business where I feel like she might have known more on what she was doing, but there are still plenty of *irresponsible* teenagers out there who have 0 clue in what they're doing and/or getting themselves into depending on who they're dating ofc. 1 of my friends told me not rush or force things because they happen when they happen & sometimes some ppl come into our lives when we least expect it.

@@chrisceder4027 Thank you! Tbh, I've just noticed that with a lot of young teenagers lately where they're literally rushing to grow up too quickly. Just because they're a teen doesn't mean they can't have fun being a child still. Age has nothing to do with the child that's within ourselves even if that personality is Hidden deep within some people. Bringing that personality out esp. to have Fun shouldn't necessarily bring back bad memories depend. on one's situation ofc. It just means you want break loose and have fun being immature from time to time. But I always say: "You need to know when to be mature and when to be immature." My best friend and I were very delusional 1 night when I spent the night at our house. Too much sugar in our systems, stayed up till about 1 -1:30 ish am and idk who, but 1 of us started doing shadow puppets on the wall and we started cracking up about it. We literally didn't fall asleep till like 2 am lol. But that very thing is Exactly what being a Child is about.

@@cicicave1279 Yes, exactly! You describe it so well! It's so important to stay strong with friends and have that pure fun and happiness for as long as you can. It's of course your own decision when start experience with sexual relationships with boyfriends/girlfriends, but should happen with maturity. For example, soooo many young girls become moms while still being a young teenager not ready to raise a child while still being one herself. It's important being responsible with alcohol, not take drugs etc etc... otherwise in the end might lose your precious friends you had fun doing shadow puppets on the wall with, as you say. Just have fun with your friends! A PERFECT song about just that, true innocent friendship, comes from a rock band called Wolf Alice with their song "Bros" (kzbin.info/www/bejne/inXCgmx5rb2HpZY) . I can cry how beautifully it's describing exactly what you mean what a true friendship really is about. 🙂

It’s cliche but it’s true, it is nothing you should ever be ashamed of! You can still always be celibate if that’s what you wish! Wishing that you can go back in time won’t change anything if you look at your past in a negative light. But it does show that you’ve grown as a person! Think of your life as a book consisting of many chapters - that was just an event that took place in a chapter in your book, and that chapter as well as the many others has made you the wonderful person you are today!!!! Reflecting on your past can be a beautiful thing to do, but instead of looking back and regretting things, appreciate how much you’ve learnt, grown and how far you’ve come. Virginity does not make you the person you are, it is not your identity. Whether you are a virgin or not, it does not matter. What matters is your heart and soul and how kind it is.

everyone goes through life in different stages and environments. there is no rush to be at the same ‘level’ as other people our age. there is no right time or end date to feel like you have to have done certain things. i remember being asked at 15 if i wanted to do the certain something and the first thing that came to my mind was ‘but i am only 15?!’. i was lost for words and didn’t know what to do. now, 5 years later, i am where i want to be, not where i expected myself to be. in a much better and healthier relationship and taking things at the pace i want to.

Sorry for yet another comment about boys, but ignore everybody down here who's trying to insinuate that you're "working on yourself" or that you're even mildly worried about having a boyfriend. You don't need to treat life and yourself as if you're constantly in preparation for the next boyfriend you might have. Even if you are secretly worried about boys, that's nothing that any of us know. We're just your subscribers and you reserve every right to keep that to yourself. Coming from someone who was not as well adjusted about boys, I often went into relationships and hookups that ended up being disappointing and disheartening time and time again. That's because I treated it like a game: the dating game. Worst mistake. The moment you find a partner is the same moment you truly abandon the treatment of dating like it is a strategy and something you must figure out. For me, and I'm sure for you, as you seem intelligent and wise enough to ignore those questions about dudes in the first place, relationships are about genuine connection. Keep it that way. That's the only way you'll ever be fulfilled by having a relationship, as I'm sure you've come to understand. And to the comments saying: "it's okay to be a virgin". GROSS. We don't know Kaelyn like that. She never said anything about it one way or the other. Stop treating her like she needs to be coddled and shown pity to. I'm sure she finds that gross and weird just as much as I have reading them. Life doesn't revolve around romance. So many people fall back to romance because it's the one thing that has been kept alive and put on a pedestal while all other familial and friendly relationships have been delegitimized in terms of their value and fulfillment. People used to have good, true friends. Strong ties with family that mattered way more than having a boyfriend. Why do we care so much about it anyway? Is it really that big of a deal? I have found so much more peace and happiness when finding a romantic partner isn't a part of my priorities. And that's not just me coping with my disappointing relationships. It is because of these very disappointments that I have found happiness in a lot more than just romance. Sorry for all of these people who are freakishly obsessed with an arbitrary means of whether you're "experienced" or have had intimate relationships with people. It doesn't matter. Glad you seem to recognize that as well.
