I was with @RobLandes in Louisville Kentucky when we met Fallon! She sees us playing and singing with random people, so she crosses the street to join us!
As a musician, I'm all about creating musical experiences that have people feeling happy and free, and that's why the "Sing With Me for Free" series exists. Since 2018, I have asked thousands of random people to sing with me on camera. A lot of people have said no, some have said no initially but changed their minds to yes, and some have said yes right away. I ask these people to sing with one purpose: to create a way for them to experience a sense of happiness and freedom they did not feel before. And much of the time, this actually works (and that makes ME happy).

@@tacosuave9687 Why would she lie? It happens all the time. In fact, I have an associate that this happened to right after Covid. She was in management with the State. They basically did it because she was advocating for her employees. She didn't agree with a directive that was NOT a state policy that was coming from another mgr that had a personal connection with her supervisor. Long story. She was fired and the other mgr "yes boy" was given her job. The few people I know that worked for her stated she was the best at her job. And since the mgr that replace her there has been a high turn over rate. I know of of a few other examples where people have lost their jobs and replaced. Basically, for the company it's cost efficient to combine depts and have one mgr instead of paying 2 mgrs. Yet, it causes stress for overworked employees due to increase work load. You also have to consider companies are paying rent for Brick and Mortar and most employees are working hybrid. Its expensive. So, they are cutting cost.

When Reggie can't control that wide a*s smile of his you know the world is right there with him. He usually has to keep so many things going at once, Fallon freed him up and helped everyone to shine as much as Reggie usually does. It's nice to let someone else be in charge sometimes when you can trust they will care just as much. It adds more dimension and resonates even further.
