Not sure on everyone else’s thoughts but I agree with Jack about not doing a second season (enjoying this save though!) With the delay of FM25, I don’t know what you’re appetite is for doing a longer term network save. I’d like to see you in league 2 (there’s 4 promotion spots) and see who can win the premier league first. But could be a ten season save

I think it’s okay to recognise that Jack is probably the better player at this point and challenge him to win with a team like Brighton. I’m not sure the egos of all players are strong enough to allow conceding to Jack (a guy who can now literally compete at highly regarded events due to intense practice that the others simply haven’t put in) but if they can then it would potentially lead to more interesting results.
